Make A Bunch For Yourself With Our Simple Recipe
Our trail mix isn’t just a great pre adjustment / massage snack. It also makes a great school or work snack for you and your kids.
Make a big batch that you can dip into throughout the week. We get our supplies at Trader Joes.
Our “Secret” Ingredients:
- Dried Cranberries (no flavoring)
- Raw Almonds
- California Walnut Halves & Pieces
- Golden Raisins
Go nuts and make your own variations. You can change up the nuts with Raw Cashews or Pecans. And sometimes we get crazy and use Tart Montmorency Cherries instead of Cranberries. It’s up to you!
Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix it up a bunch. This makes a lot of mix. Keep it fresh in some big plastic bags or a large storage container.
Send some with kids when they’re off to school, or pack a serving or two to work every day! Share your Summit Family Trail Mix with friends & family.
