10, 000 Steps per Day to Optimal Health

We at Summit Family Chiropractic have all started a walking challenge this week. We are are setting out to walk 10, 000 steps per day, which is about 5 miles, which is the recommended daily goal for optimal health!

As we know, most people in the US spend most of their days sitting, either in cars, in front of computers or t.vs.  and walk about just 3500 steps per day. We are going to do our best to walk a total of 50,000 miles each this week! Join us and Walk-on Lynnwood!!

We are all trying to taking 10,000 steps each day!
